Orders will be processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days.
Shipping time typically ranges between 1-5 business days.
Please note that, on occasion, deliveries may take a few extra days due to postal delays outside of our control, such as weather conditions and national holidays.
Shipping Terms & Method
We currently ship only within England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. For other regions with higher postage rates, we may consider shipping based on order value and shipping cost. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to high postage fees. For orders outside of these regions, please contact us at support@greenthumbssupplies.co.uk.

Usage
For optimal results, store products in a dark, dry, and cool place as indicated on the product label. We recommend using products within the "best before" date printed on the label.

Cancellations and Returns
We will make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests if items have not yet been shipped.
After the 14-day cancellation period, all orders are non-cancellable, and payments are non-refundable.
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us immediately upon receiving your item. We will provide the return address and detailed return instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. To qualify for a refund, returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Refunds will be processed to your credit card or original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you initially received free shipping, the standard shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, based on the invoice provided by the carrier and any incurred costs.
